Returns and refunds

Change-of-mind returns
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Email support@cozycart.net with your order number before sending anything. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Once approved, send the return to: 21 Havelock Road, 21, Oxford OX4 3EP, United Kingdom. You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return. We recommend using a tracked service. Do not send returns to our supplier.

UK cancellation rights
For most goods bought online, UK customers can cancel within 14 days after delivery and then have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us. We will refund the goods and standard delivery charge. We will issue the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever happens first. Legal exceptions apply.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact support@cozycart.net promptly with your order number and photos. We will arrange the remedy required by applicable consumer law. We will cover return costs where the law requires. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
