Who we are
CozyCart operates the online store at cozycart.net. Shopify hosts the store and provides our online checkout. Sales are made by CozyCart.

Products and orders
We aim to keep product descriptions, prices and availability accurate. The price, currency, taxes, shipping options and total payable are shown before you place an order. Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm that we can fulfil it. If we cannot fulfil an order or an error materially affects it, we will contact you and, where appropriate, cancel it and refund any payment.

Payment
Payment is due at checkout and is handled by the payment provider you select from the options shown there.

Shipping, cancellations and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy explain delivery, cancellations and returns. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. These terms and our policies do not remove or limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Using this website
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or security.

Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Shopify also processes information to host the store and operate checkout.
