Processing
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from delivery time. We will send tracking details when they are available.

Destinations and rates
The shipping options and final prices available for your address are shown at checkout. Current rates are: free Standard delivery to the UK, United States, Canada and Australia; a $5.99 Shipping Upgrade to those destinations; and $24.99 International Standard delivery to the other destinations enabled at checkout. Availability can vary by address.

Delivery estimates
Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs and other delays. Zendrop reports an average transit time of about 9 days for UK orders shipped from China, after dispatch; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee, and does not include order processing. We do not currently have a verified delivery estimate for every destination. The $5.99 Shipping Upgrade does not promise a particular delivery date or separate insurance coverage.

If a delivery is delayed, contact support@cozycart.net with your order number. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order, we will contact you about your options, including cancellation and a refund where required. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
